I've made a goal for myself to start going to bed earlier and waking up earlier. I'd like to get to the point where I'm waking up at 6:30 am (today I got up at 7 am). The reasons I'm doing this are to gain better self control by disciplining myself and to have some "alone" time before the house wakes up. The problem I'm having is that the earlier I get up, the earlier everybody else seems to be getting up too. So much for alone time. I guess I'll just have to be pleased that I'm gaining more self control.
