Some things really infuriate me...ok, lots of things do. One of them is the lack of common sense people exhibit when they have a job to do. I think people feel compelled to obey orders no matter what the principle behind the orders are, rather than look at the specific situation and deal with it appropriately, or at least with a little common sense. Child Protection Services is a classic example of an agency that plays an important role, but have become so beaurocratic that they just don't seem to "get it" and have become much more of a burden on society than the help they are supposed to be. This video is a case in point...
