One of the biggest drawbacks of having a job in an office where you spend most of the day sitting behind a computer is that you don't get much excercise and you are generally surrounded by snacks that coworkers have brought in because they need them to be eaten...cause they don't want to get fat(ter). So everybody sits around eating junk food all day. Though I'm far from fat, I am feeling the effects of eating garbage and doing nothing to get it out of my system (I quit jogging awhile ago because it was so cold). So I've decided to stop eating candy and pop and sweets in general for the rest of the year. I've done it before, so I know I can do it, but candy is a major vice for me so it will still be a challenge. I have a few other things I'd like to improve on as well but I'll just start out with the candy thing for now.
